Ruth at StretchLab Meridian is amazing. She is very personable and attentive to your needs and abilities. She constantly checks how you are doing as she is in the process of stretching you. She has amazing stretches to open up areas that are compressing nerves. I came in to StretchLab for the first time in December 2025. I was in constant pain in neck, shoulders and hips.
