Great care, very helpful with assisting me to stretch and move my body in the areas I was unable to do on my own. I can feel the over all improvement after each session.
Been working with Jake at the LoHi studio who has been awesome helping me regain my flexibility and movement after a hefty physical move across the country. The studio is super clean and quite convenient for me since I live around the block Allie manning the front desk is quick to send out appointment reminders and keep track of all of us and the trainers! Highly recommend if looking to improve flexibility or just plain sore from the workout of life!
I had a great time , stretches felt good and good conversations. I plan to be a repeat customer .
