Assisted/ facilitated stretching is amazing... I've had great results. Edit: Finding the right fit for your flexologist is imperative to progress. Every session I have with John is different and unique to what I need - not just what is a traditional stretch program - which is also great - but to fine tune a stretch session to my actual needs makes all the difference to my progress. John is a great human and cares about his clients.

Oh man this feels good. Instead of getting a massage I decided to get a stretch to get the kinks out and walked out feeling almost like a functional human. Haidyn is such a sweetheart and she felt really comfortable to work with. Highly recommend following with lunch and a pedicure for peak best day off vibes.
