I would definitely recommend StretchLab Langley! I spoke with Tiprene on the phone, and she was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She asked a number of probing questions to ensure this was a good fit for me. Her positive demeanour demonstrated that she runs her business with a high level of integrity. I also had a mini complimentary stretch with Idris, a Kinesiologist, whom I felt I could fully trust after just the short 15 minutes I was there. It was good the few times I went. But an unrealistic time commitment for me as I don’t live close to. I was going to be travelling for a few months a put in the appropriate email request to pause my membership which never happened. Then after continuous charges to my CC I sent an official cancellation email. I obviously didn’t read the fine print as 1 month is 31 days, not the 30 days that they charge at in the contract so I got charged the. Next month as well. I had a very disappointing experience with StretchLab Langley. I cancelled my membership in June, but before doing so I specifically asked whether I would still be able to use my remaining credits. Zubair assured me that I had until July 20 to use them, so I cancelled based on that information. When I later called to book an appointment, I was told that my account had been put on hold and that I could no longer use my remaining credits. I recently signed up for the 3-month, 50-minute stretch program at StretchLab Langley, and my experience has been excellent so far.
