I am grateful and lucky to have found Stretch Lab in Lake Grove. It was my first time there, I’ve recently had neck surgery due to cancer and I’ve had a number of surgeries through the years. I was nervous to go because of these surgeries. We met Jena at the front desk who was kind, very sweet and asked great questions in order to inform Oscar, my Flexologist. Oscar was amazing. Stretch Lab has helped me tremendously. I have see some improvement in motion in only a few visits. The atmosphere is very calming. The play list is great! The therapists listen to your concerns and make sure the therapy addresses your needs.I highly recommend looking into Stretch Lab.

My body genuinely looks forward to getting stretched each week. I can bend with ease now, and I’ve noticed far fewer aches and pains. I’ve worked with two different staff members, and both were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they’re in this field because they truly want to help people.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I just had my 6th session and I'm still learning about which muscles I'm stretching. They listen to your needs and areas of focus then build a routine that fits that. I'm pleased.
