I absolutely love going to stretchlab I feel better and better every time I go, the staff are well trained so great to deal with and while I have my favourites it's great to use them all as they all have their own unique techniques.

I’ve been coming to the Stretch Lab for 7 months and wow I feel a new man - I was always lazy to stretch and Freya takes me through so many different stretches gradually building a greater stretch each time. Now I am more flexible at 50 than I was at 18 and I feel so mobile it’s amazing. So professional and kind - I look forward to coming every time and have seen amazing results. I recommend this over any PT for mobility and flexibility.
