I have been coming for a couple of years now and could not recommend coming more! Having a busy schedule my sessions at StretchLab keep my body maintained.
What a great concept! But do I need to be stretched, the answer is yes. You will not get the depth and range of stretch just by yourself. I have attended only a few sessions but arrive tense and about as flexible as a brick. I leave after a bit of a laugh, being loose, stretched and relaxed. My hips have never felt so free!! A fair bit of work to do to improve my overall flexibility, so looking forward to the improvements I get after each session. Madeline is fantastic, knowledgeable and structured in the work she performs.
