Pros - Great 20 minute intro-massage from Isabella. Much different than what I've received at Stretch Zone. She did a great job targeting my problem zones and checking in with me during the session. No heavy sales tactics during the time I was inside. Cons - They offered water when I entered, but not when I was done with my services. I had to ask. Had a 25 minute session with Marcus today, providentially after over-doing activity yesterday and straining most of my back. Marcus is the best - he started with finding the tight spots in my back and working those out, then followed with stretches to loosen them up and relax them. I walked in tight and cautious and walked out with a loosened up back and feeling functional again! I wasn’t sure about this place. But I now go two times a month and love it. It really does help and everyone is friendly. They listen and have helped my back and neck.

DO NOT PURCHASE AS A GIFT. I received a 50 min Intro Stretch certificate as gift in July '25. Life happens, I decided to use it in Jan '26. They refused to honor it because "They marked it as lost". Nowhere on the certificate does it indicate an expiration. If it was over a year, I may have understood. Nevertheless, management refused to honor and instead told me I could buy another -- interesting strategy. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere.
