Chrisssy is the best flex
Been a great addition to my workout routine. Staff is amazing!
Absolutely amazing ! I highly recommend going to the Stretch Lab! They can stretch muscles that you just can’t get to on your own and really loosen everything up. I feel so much better after every visit. Chrissy is an expert and knows exactly how to get to the areas that are especially tight and loosen them without pain. It is truly amazing and I hobble in to my sessions but can walk out gracefully and feeling so much more comfortable in my whole body.
