Haz it’s absolutely amazing!! At 74 years old, I’ve never felt so good and my flexibility has improved immensely, If you wanna be revived go see HAZ at the Blue Bell Stretch Lab

Haz is incredible at what he does and extremely knowledgeable. When I first came in I was in incredibly rough shape and couldn’t even touch my ankles, had horrible sciatic and back pain, and couldn’t sit for more than 2 hours at a time. After a few sessions, my body feels like new and I have my quality of life back again. If you go, you absolutely need to work with Haz!!
I am really enjoying my membership at Blue Bell StretchLab. I've been going for about two months and am working with Haz. He's great! He pushes me to get the most out of my sessions. I look forward to my weekly appt. Strong recommend!
