I've wanted to try a Stretch facility for a long time. Stretchlab in Closter is great. Rebecca is terrific Flexologilist and I really enjoy seeing her. She takes the time to ask me how I've been feeling and if there's anything specific she should focus on. I think it's a great supplement to any gym/training routine you might have. it's great to help with mobility, especially for seniors.
I give one star because the bathroom was clean. The owner is a creepy guy who pretends to care about his clients. I’m frankly surprised they are still open. If you are thinking about using this service DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. You will be screwed as I was.
If I could give zero stars, I would. On May 18th of this year, I made an appointment with them, and when I arrived, they canceled it. They only canceled, and the only alternative was to reschedule, so I had to adapt to their schedule. I am the customer, the one who pays in advance. Sorry, but your business isn't a charity. I don't have the time you want, and I'm not going to adapt my schedule to yours either. I asked for my money back, and all they did was have me reschedule the appointment. 7 months ago I left a 5 star review. For good reason, The crew was great. As a senior citizen everyone was careful not to overdo the sessions. I loved it and I was very generous to the staff with tips. Then I needed to back off a bit so I took a hiatis for a few months with intentions to return.
