If I could give zero stars, I would. On May 18th of this year, I made an appointment with them, and when I arrived, they canceled it. They only canceled, and the only alternative was to reschedule, so I had to adapt to their schedule. I am the customer, the one who pays in advance. Sorry, but your business isn't a charity. 7 months ago I left a 5 star review. For good reason, The crew was great. As a senior citizen everyone was careful not to overdo the sessions. I loved it and I was very generous to the staff with tips. Then I needed to back off a bit so I took a hiatis for a few months with intentions to return. Stretch Lab kept billing me each month to my credit card. No one from Stretch Lab bothered to call me.My accountant noticed it and I called. Can't discuss the issue on the telephone. Place is really clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. Brandon did really a good job stretching me.
