This was my first time and I saw Alex. It was an amazing intro session and I’m going back next week for the longer one. Then I will decide if it is something I want to do regularly. The only downside is that it is kind of expensive, but if it changes my pain level significantly, then it will be worth it. Thanks Alex! See you soon.
