Heather and the entire staff are great
Alex is the best I wouldn’t go to anyone else he’s knowledgeable and kind and helpful why they didn’t call me when I was running late but was sitting around waiting for me to call them when they have. My number was very bizarre. I fell and cut my leg so I was home trying to get it to stop bleeding and I forgot to call them, but they were sitting around waiting for me to call and I don’t understand why they didn’t call me.

Bill and the entire staff are fabulous… he always addresses my concerns and remembers my body so keeps me posted with my progress with flexibility, etc. He is genuinely concerned about his clients and makes that evident every stretch appointment!
