Great experience, really helpful for some chronically tight parts of my body, and other parts that I didn’t even realize were tight! Especially happy with Jake, who is very knowledgeable and recommends things I can do at home to help between sessions.
I’ve been coming to the stretchlab wicker park for about a year and have worked with wonderful flexologists, however the best one I’ve had is Shanna. She is an amazing flexologist and truly makes me feel like I’m getting a great stretch when I come in. She is amazing and I absolutely love her!! Also Also, Sasha has been so amazing to me and always look forward to seeing these two when I come in
I pretended I would regularly stretch for years. I also came upon the harsh reality I wasn't going to stretch. At all. A friend suggested I tried StretchLab and I'm happy she did. It really has been a game changer. From the very first visit I could feel the difference. I just felt...lighter. It's hard to explain. After months I can physically feel if I miss a visit.
