I typically do not write reviews but in this case it is well deserved. I signed up for the 3 month promotion. After the 3 months I asked that my membership be frozen due to health concerns. They were charging me 12.00 monthly in order to keep the credits I haven’t used. I became really ill and asked to cancel my membership. I have given them over 2 weeks notice. Instead of canceling the membership I was told I had to give them 35 days notice and they were going to continue to charge me. I never asked for the freeze in my acc... read more
