Thorough introduction to the facility and process and then enjoyed a 50 minute stretch alongside my teenager. Found the flexologists friendly and knowledgeable and attentive. Can definitely see how regular attendance can speed recovery and flexibility and ease tension.
I’m 10 months post op from a major neck surgery which resulted in C5 palsy in my left arm. I pretty much lost the use of my left arm, but with weekly workouts with PT and the Stretch Lab, I have noticed a HUGE improvement and change in my range of motion and overall use of my left arm.
