I’m 10 months post op from a major neck surgery which resulted in C5 palsy in my left arm. I pretty much lost the use of my left arm, but with weekly workouts with PT and the Stretch Lab, I have noticed a HUGE improvement and change in my range of motion and overall use of my left arm. I have been a member since November of 2023 shortly after the League City location opened. I was strongly persuaded to give it a try by a friend to try and see if it would help with my severe sciatic pain and shoulder pain that I had been experiencing for some time.
