Really appreciate the team and the studio in Golden! They've got a a number of awesome folks on staff and will work with you to really target certain areas of your body (or, just go full body) to improve your overall mobility and flexibility. My hamstrings and hips have been tight forever, and these guys are able to get me better range of motion than anything I could achieve by stretching independently. I prefer the 50 min sessions but do what works best for you!
Not sure what this procedure was about, so I ventured to the lab and wow! From the minute I walked in the front desk welcome and her explanation about what was to happen went as expected but the best part the stretch in the way my therapy applied and explained the muscle group as she proceeded was a amazing relaxing and feel good experience!
