StretchLab Golden offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. My first visit to StretchLab in Golden was great. My flexologist Camryn was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I am looking forward to future sessions.
I appreciate the personalized approach in helping me with my hip rotation for maximizing my shoulder turn in my golf swing.
Assisted stretching truly improved flexibility and lessened tightness after long-term chronic left leg issues (25 years of Meniscus repair, ACL repair and under anesthesia re-manipulation, Bacterial infection into bone and finally knee replacement PT) concluded. Much appreciated, Stretch Lab, for the long needed relief after just 1 session. Decided to become a member so continued improvement in flexibility can lead to my best life.
Cam was great and the startup process was extremely easy!
Stretch labs has been awesome. I’m training for a 70.3 Ironman and Ryan has done an amazing job of helping my flexibility for the race. I tell him what I’m feeling in my body and he knows exactly what he needs to do to make it better.
