I've been working with Vickie at StretchLab Verona for the past month. I came in hoping to improve my flexibility and range of motion, and Vickie has been absolutely amazing. She's not only skilled and knowledgeable at what she does, but she also genuinely listens to how my body feels and adjusts our sessions accordingly. Her advice on stretches to do between appointments has been incredibly helpful also. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and knows her craft, I absolutely would recommend Vickie to all!

Stretch Lab in Verona is a wonderful experience. The staff is always so friendly. The premises are always very clean. The flexologists are amazing. I particularly recommend Gabriel; When you see him on a regular basis, he gets to know where you hold tension most, and helps resolve it through the various techniques of stretching that he uses. I highly recommend this facility

I have been going to Stretch Lab for almost two years and have worked with Kahron for the past year. He is very knowledgeable of the human movement system in fitness. I am feeling much better, improved my golf game, and increased my overall flexibility. Stretch Lab has become a key part of my weekly routine.
