StretchLab is great to get that much needed stretch. Rita did wonders for me today.
Good all over body stretches, not sure why hands need stretching- rather have feet. It’s true that you get stretched in ways you can’t do for yourself.
Kara is wonderful! Always careful with my concerns, bad shoulders, and leaves me feeling relaxed and cared for. I always feel the increased range of motion. She’s not only a great flexolgist but a great person too!
It helped my movement and the staff was very easy to work with.
