This particular Stretch Lab has proven to be better than my Chiropractor, my body has never felt better. Since I’ve been stretching for the last 2 months, I’ve been able to sleep better, feel better and work better than ever. I have found that stretching at Stretch Lab has improved my back pain and stiffness. I tried working out and going to my Chiropractor with only to find temporary relief, but stretching right is the key to long term pain relief.

I was having extreme lower back problems. I even went to the emergency room and didn’t receive any relief. I visited Nathaniel for two stretches sessions and the pain in my lower back left. I would highly recommend their services

I am 73 and I was very pleased with my first visit to Stretch Lab at Woodson's Reserve Parkway in Spring Texas, and their new owner. I have had 2 back surgeries and one of them involved adding 4 Titainum screws. Over the last 17 years since then, my bones, mussels and nerves have become very uncomfortable. According to exrays, I developed arthritis. My posture was bad and I did not like to do any walking or standing. I can't say enough good things about this establishment. Everyone from the check-in staff to the owner were thorough, kind, personable, and explained everything in totality. This stretch is better than a massage. I will definitely make it apart of my routine. Do yourself a favor and JUST GO!! You won't regret it.
