I cannot recommend this place enough! I’m a very active 60 year old who works out and plays golf. However, I was finding that my mobility was getting restricted and causing stiffness and pain after my golf rounds. Stretch Lab was the answer! Not only for the stiffness and pain, but it actually improved my overall swing distance with added mobility. Ask for Ny’Aices and she will take care of you. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to focus where you needed the most.

They lock you into 3 month membership and make it very hard to cancel. They come up with technicalities as to why you cant cancel, and actually need to give them a notice 30 days before your last month of the contract. Any company that makes profit through these schemes is bad in my book.

Cedara was great. Signed up right away after my stretch. I feel worlds better and I'm excited to gain more mobility

I have been going to Stretchlab Huntersville since they opened! I've decided it's something I cannot and will not live without. The benefits I have seen from going here are endless. More flexibility, better posture. The staff are always so great and helpful. Highly recommend!
