The entire StretchLab franchise explicitly values the success of their business more than the betterment of their clients, and they don't try to hide it. The StretchLab philosophy is one of nocebic dependency akin to an old school Chiropractor. You can expect to have your normal biomechanical variance pathologized into a problem it simply isn't by underqualified "Flexologists" using unreliable techniques to gather meaningless data. Expect to be sold membership packages over individual sessions by money hungry snake oil sales... read more

My 11 year old son is very athletic and loves football and wrestling. He suffers from Severs disease where basically he grew to fast and his growth plates press against the tendons and muscles. Basically his heels are super tight and tender. He missed most of football season and it's a daily struggle. Anyway when my husband said he wanted to try this place I was skeptical. I felt very comfortable going here, and Jordan was great and very professional,. Worked on most of my trouble spots and really helps with circulation which I need. I was hoping it would be covered by insurance, but it’s not. A little pricey, but not any more than a massage would be. So I will try to go back. Legs felt a little weak the next day, but that just means it’s working.

I hoped it was slow easy stretching similar to Yoga or Pilates. Unfortunately for me, it was not the experience I had hoped for. I did inform the "flexologist" of all my areas of concern and limitations prior to the stretch. The first movement caused immediate pain. A quick adjustment was made, and that movement was discontinued. The "fle... read more
