My daughter who is 7 does competitive cheer. Its a pricey sport and takes lots of flexibility. She was having flexibility issues with splits and back springs. She stretches with Lauren and after the 1st session LOVED it and asked to go back. We are new into it but I do feel it will pay off. Lauren was very caring and my daughter loved her!!
