I had the pleasure of working with Kayode, Nick, Latoya and Terence for the past several months. They are all amazing and have their own unique style while being proficient and professional. I highly recommend this studio if you suffer any physical pain or would like to increase your physical capabilities. Many options for scheduling appointments and meeting your needs.
I just had my first session with Terrance and it was great. Terrance explained everything well and I’ll be back next week for my second session. If you have never tried a stretch session, I highly recommend it.
