Nado was excellent! Explained every step of the prices, which was appreciate s as this was my first stretch!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at StretchLab Chevy Chase and would not recommend becoming a member here. I emailed weeks ago to cancel my membership and received no response—no acknowledgment, no instructions, and no mention of an additional form required. Despite my cancellation request, I was charged again this month. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Liliya, told me I should have filled out a form that I was never told about.
