It was a beautiful stretch. It hit all areas that I felt needed attention. My technician was very well in tune with how my body responded. I received a nice compliment - she could tell I do yoga . I will go back for sure. I set goals of where I wanted my shoulders to stretch and the attention to my sciatica. Francy M is very knowledgeable and in tiune. We were a good match up.
I had a magical first time experience with Patty Z! After receiving my stretch and content-rich pep talk, I'm demonstrably improving daily! And that is from a low flexibility and somewhat painful situation. Give Patty Z a go! You will be better for it!
I love going to the Grand Ave StrechLab and Patty is the greatest.
