I had the maintenance 25 minute stretch session and it totally exceeded my expectations the therapist was super supportive and knowledgeable offering valuable counsel throughout making sure I got the most out of the session - it's clear they truly care about helping people achieve their recovery goals the cost was well worth it too feeling so much better after and I'm looking forward to going back for more.
The Stretch Lab in Plantation is the best. Being a person with a back surgery, the stretch therapy provided Giovanni have helped me a lot. Highly recommended 👌
My technician was very thorough and professional he explained everything he was doing and he talked me through everything he was doing as he was stretching me, he was excellent, the stretching felt good, I enjoyed it
