StretchLab Town and Country offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. This place and staff are amazing and know what they are doing I did not realize the importance of stretching as we age Please make sure you book at either the stretch lab town and country or the ladue MO location You will not be disappointed and realize how amazing you will feel
They bury a lot of the financial terms in fine print. You have to sign up for three months minimum, and you also have to provide one month's notice to cancel so they can stick you for one more month. Also, they require you to buy their special (overpriced) socks.
Great Place, Great Staff, Great Owner. I would definitely recommend Stretch Lab Chesterfield to anyone thinking about getting stretched.
