The stretching is a 5 star, but customer service is a 1 star. The first appointment I scheduled cancelled 10 minutes before my appointment time (I was sitting in the parking lot). The next 3 were excellent by Ashley, but all of a sudden Ashley disappeared and my appointment I had scheduled was removed, but I did not know this until I drove all the way there and the doors were locked. Ashley is great and I am so glad my doctor recommended coming here. It has only been a few sessions but I am feeling better.
This place and staff are amazing and know what they are doing I did not realize the importance of stretching as we age Please make sure you book at either the stretch lab town and country or the ladue MO location You will not be disappointed and realize how amazing you will feel
They bury a lot of the financial terms in fine print. You have to sign up for three months minimum, and you also have to provide one month's notice to cancel so they can stick you for one more month. Also, they require you to buy their special (overpriced) socks.
