I did not get the results I was hoping for when I signed up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very difficult to make an appointment unless it was over a week later. I attempted to cancel my membership and was told I would have to pay for the next month even though at the time I signed up I was told that they would be flexible.

Great session and extremely knowledgeable staff. My flexologist was Dhruba, she was fantastic! I felt a deep stretching in all the areas I needed to and they were able to guide me through the movements to keep it at my comfort level. Not only was it a great session, but I also felt like I learned where my weak points are and what I can work on.

Very disappointed with how this was handled. I canceled my membership after being injured and needed surgery, yet they still charged me and refused to issue a refund. I explained my situation clearly, but there was no willingness to help or make it right. Being charged after cancellation is frustrating enough, but the lack of empathy and customer service made it even worse. Furthermore, my technician was high several times during my appointments. Stretch Lab needs to give Jenn M. a raise immediately. Her stretches are A+ and her contributions to the GP location are obvious.

Floyd is very in tuned with what’s going on with me physically. He immediately acknowledges my stress points and works on them while instructing me how to reduce stressors. I really enjoy my time at the Stretch Lab. Glad I found it!
