Money pit!!! Absolutely no personal understanding of situations that are impeding your ability to continue. Legalistic refusal to allow you to prove that you were told totally different information than the so called “contract.” NO warning that they are about to charge you again and again and again after the first three months that they literally sold as the only requirement to be there…three months! I wanted to purchase a session or two for this location as a birthday gift, so I navigated to the website and created an account as it (very conveniently) seemed I couldn’t proceed without one. Long story short, you can’t buy sessions for someone else, so I purchased a gift card instead.
