StretchLab Garden City offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Alyssa very confidently lead me through my 50 minute stretch . She explained what she was stretching and I gained a lot of awareness of the process through her. I will come back to stretch with Alyssa !
