StretchLab Southlake offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Lauren is amazing
Today was my first time at Stretch Lab. Vince was my flexologist. He was awesome and so easy to talk to. He explained everything so well and gave me a great stretch! Highly recommend you request Vince!
Aminah knows her stuff! She knew just what my 63 year old body needed to address the aches and pains of aging!! Aminah answered all my questions and gave me a plan going forward at home. I can’t wait for my next session with her!!
