There are no Strecthlabs where I live in Poughkeepsie, so I was very happy to make an appointment for a 50 minute session while visiting Rochester on business. I have been a member getting 50 minute stretches weekly for over a year. The stretches are amazing--provided you get someone invested in the experience rather than someone with a time clock mentality. The stretch policies are ridiculous. Have had issues with rescheduling a stretch within 12 hours despite just testing positive for COVID or having a fever/vomiting overnight. Stretch lab originally had been billing me monthly while my membership was supposed to be on a hold. The owner personally reached out to me and credited me back the payments to make it right. Thank you.

Since stretching at StretchLab, I’ve been able to feel a HUGE difference in the stress I carry with me daily! I look so forward to coming in, and being prioritized by the friendly staff. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable in their craft! I’ve worked with multiple Flexologist’s and they are all so wonderful. If you are feeling tight or even just THINK you could use a stretch, this is absolutely the place to go!! PS: The receptionist is so kind, cute and she’s SO funny!!! I love her too!
