StretchLab Middleton offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. I highly recommend working with Steve Arch at Stretchlab! He's extremely knowledgeable about stretching techniques and meets the client at their level of flexibility. His upbeat, calm personality contributes to his effectiveness as a trainer and stretch therapist. I really enjoyed our sessions and feel much better physically.
Anna at Stretch Lab Middleton is AMAZING. I've been seeing her regularly since I started at Stretch Lab and I can feel the improvement in my flexibility. I have a chronic pain condition and the regular sessions with Anna have helped me get back up and moving and enjoying my hobbies again!
