Alex was professional and explained the process well. Loved the stretch!
I enjoyed the stretch session, for me being overweight , it helped me with releasing tension from core muscles and neck especially which is why I went in first place. Alex is great , he didn’t over do it, but didn’t slack off and wasn’t afraid to push for a stretch he thought I could handle
