Was recommended to this place by my doctor. As an attorney who commutes to the city multiple times a week, this place is a gift from heaven. I work with Norm, who has helped me with my stiff lower back and arthritic shoulders. I have not had injections in my shoulders in months. I look forward to coming here every week. Julien is always awesome. I’ve noticed improvement in my flexibility since I started working with him. He has also helped me work through some injuries. So basically book a session with Julien!
I started going to the Livingston Stretch lab shortly after Covid… As a teacher, I had to sit for almost 9 months working from home. My left side IT band locked up so tight. I had nowhere to go to try to figure out what to do.
