I have been going to the Rockridge StretchLab for almost a year now and am a big fan. I am a 74 year old woman with a lot of pain throughout my body who tries to stay active regardless including pilates and weights. Adding this assisted stretching to my routine has really helped me to maintain even when I am going through particularly bad phases of back and foot pain. Great to see stretch lab open up in Rockridge. I’ve had stretches with 3 different people that were all really good in their own way. I’m a big fan!
Clean and well organized studio with skilled staff.
Excellent help. Since May, I've gone weekly and have increased mobility. I just stepped up to twice-weekly to reach my mobility goals.
Overall experience has been great. Assisted stretching definitely helps especially if you are stretching regularly. Marica was my coach and she was amazing. Studio is very clean, team is very friendly and available parking behind the studio makes the access easy.
