Val has been wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and is a good communicator on how best to help with problem areas and is always checking in on how far to take a stretch so that I am comfortable. I always feel better at the end of the session than when I first arrived. I highly recommend her or assisted stretching in general.
Amazing staff! Lex is wonderful! Very knowledgeable. The stretch was gentle but firm. I feel released and restored. Will be returning soon!
