I have literally never been here and I don’t know how they got my number but they won’t stop spamming my phone!! It’s been years now and they keep using different numbers when I block them. Do not give any real contact details. And avoid a place like this in general that spams your phone.
DO NOT give them your main phone number or they will hound you with calls. Stretch itself is a nice service but I would never go back due to the marketing practices.
Dishonest Company Bought an initiation pass, which allowed me to see that they had no available times when I was in Pasadena. I immediately asked for a refund, request that has been ignored.
Very hit and miss here. The physical therapists are good but the office staff is disorganized. I've lost so many appointments (scheduled and the cost thereof) due to their unorganized bookkeeping, lack of communication and inattentiveness. Staff have even come in to work very sick, not wear a mask and just spraying Lysol around -completely inappropriate. Only recently the venue added music, which is nice.
