Made an appointment for 9am. It's a 30 minute drive each way, so I made sure to arrive a bit early. The shop hours say 8am opening, when I arrived it was locked closed and dark . I waited till my appointment time and then left . Apparently they arrived just as I was leaving and we missed each other . While they very apologetic, they were completely unprofessional in not being open when they say they're open , and arriving right as my appointment which means my appointment would have been late because they were not set up . They do great work here. I have done 4 sessions. Highly recommend. I am someone who does not like subscription things, but this company does offer a few packages that you can pay upfront and as you go. Just ask at the desk.

I hate to write a bad review, but this has been an exceptionally poor experience. I signed up for a first appointment and was cancelled on, last minute 4 TIMES in a row over 3 months. Completely understand an employee gets sick, or something comes up, but 4 times (all cancelled last minute) is just not a working business model. I hope to try down the road with some changes on their end as the place looks great otherwise.

Poor management practices. Beware of the vague agreements they try to get you to sign.
