As a paraplegic with a severe spine injury, I was hesitant to come to Stretch Lab at first. After I spoke to the stretchologist (who was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable), I was much less apprehensive. Megan is great - awesome stretch
This was a disappointing experience. Firstly staff were excellent and my 'personal stretcher' was friendly and talented. I had hoped stretch lab would be true experts in mobility and stretching. I asked before the session if they took metrics. Yes. In reality it was an iPad that took a video of me during one squat. I have no record of any numbers taken from it. Had a great first experience at stretch lab with Chris. He is very knowledgeable about the body, and was very easy to talk to about my stretching needs. I will definitely return in the future when my schedule opens up.
