Ashley is a true professional. She was thorough and very conscious of how far to go with each stretch. I would recommend her for everyone!
Ashley was so knowledgeable and helped me find a pain point that I have had for months and how to work that individual tendon to release the pain. She was willing to answer all my questions too. Highly recommend!
