Very comprehensive treatment of orthopedic problems.
I was a member of StretchLab for multiple years, but over time, the experience has declined. The staff has changed, and it no longer serves me the way it used to. As someone who takes fitness seriously and maintains an athletic lifestyle, I’ve found that most of the trainers don’t have the expertise or capacity to work at the level I need. Not a good experience for the cost. There scheduling allows you to book more experienced therapists only to have them cancelled due to “system glitch”. A lot of pressure not to cancel on the back end also. Woman at desk is not pro-customer friendly when you try and cancel. Place has potential but execution and delivery of service will cause it to fail over time.
I don't even write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I booked an appointment and then they cancelled my appointment and said that a glitch in their system allowed me to book with someone who isn't taking new clients. I only was going to give this place a try because this specific therapist was recommended to me. When I told them that they responded back asking what the name of the person who referred me is.
