Shannon over the ok gone was so hostile and rude. She said she was 54 and and that there are no managers .. that know one is in charge.. she was so angry and combative over the phone. All I wanted was to speak to someone regarding my application

While the stretching services themselves are excellent, the business practices at StretchLab Orlando leave a lot to be desired. If you purchase a package of sessions, you’d reasonably expect to use all of them — but the sessions expire far too quickly. For those with busy schedules, this policy feels unfair and inflexible. If expiration dates are going to be enforced so strictly, the company should at least require clients to schedule all sessions upfront to avoid losing what they’ve paid for. If their was zero stars I would give them that rating for poor accountability and customer service so I received a text this morning saying they have availability at 12pm great I thought as a first time costumer with the inductry offer discount for a. 50 min stretch great I think ill go to the gym then get stretched so I go no one at the front to acknowledge customers walking in ok I thought finally I found a manager asks If I have an appointment yes i do they cant find it ask my name over and over I show them my text from t... read more

What a total joke this place is. There's some good people that work there, but the management is a complete joke. You get sucked into the membership and they pause it and then bill you. It's a joke. There's other places go somewhere else

I’ve been working with Jose at StretchLab and he’s incredible! I came in with constant neck pain, and after just a few sessions I’m completely pain-free. He’s extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and overall wellness, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why it matters. Highly recommend Jose if you want real results and a trainer who truly knows his stuff!
