StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Greenbrae offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member.

I love my stretches, I’ve been working with Erkan since January 2025, I’m definitely more flexible and feel energized after my session.This is much better full body stretch than I could do myself. All the staff are great and everyone is very welcoming.

StretchLab is an awesome place if you need to relax and get stretched. The staff is friendly and supportive and the environment is very welcoming. Erkan is the best, a very talented professional! I try to go every two weeks and it has helped me a lot while I am training for my next marathon. I have been injury free in 2025 and I know the stretches help me stay healthy and flexible. I highly recommend StrechLab!

Im new to Stretchlab. Love it. Greenbrae location is easy lots of parking. Great desk staff. The Pratictioners are excellent. Worked with 2. Both worked with my limits a d never felt pain. I feel like Ive had Massage but in some way better. Im hooked. Love it. Doug M.
