If getting your muscles stretched out to your limits and a little pain is OK, then this is the place for you. I feel great afterwards and my ranges are better. I highly recommend!!
This was my first time at the Belmar location but I have been at the Golden location many times. Alex, the manager at Belmar, is great. She is so helpful and personable. Lindsay did my stretch and I felt so relaxed afterwards. My shoulders had been tight and they were pain-free by the end. I highly recommend Stretch lab.
What a wonderful experience I had at my introduction to deep stretch! 26 body stretches over 50 minutes made me walk out feeling lite and amazing! This feeling has rocketed through the following day. I highly recommend trying this for anyone needing a bit of help with tightness in your body from sports, sitting all day, or recovering from an injury. The staff here are great at accessing what you need to balance your body. Abe is wonderful and I highly recommend asking for him. Do this for yourself!
Israel is absolutely great, the difference in three weeks of work is far more than I expected. Highly recommended.
