StretchLab Belmar offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Everyone I've worked with and met in the center is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. As a chronic pain, patient the active assisted stretching has been incredibly helpful for relief.
This is a great place. I have been incredibly active my entire life and couldn’t be more impressed with this business and the therapists. Specifically, Abe at the Belmar location is as good as it gets. He is knowledgeable, listens well and is well trained. Best decision I’ve made this year is to join Stretch Labs!

Are you feeling sore or tight from your daily activities or outdoor adventures? StretchLab Belmar comes highly recommended! The atmosphere is fantastic. My flexologist, Lindsey, was amazing and radiated positive energy. She is very knowledgeable in her field and knew exactly what to target based on mobility, activation, posture, and symmetry (MAPS), leaving my body feeling refreshed and relaxed. A shout-out out to Alex as well for being helpful!🤙
