Alex did an amazing job. One of the best stretches, if not the best stretch I've had. I've been a member for over a year and would recommend Alex to anyone. Perfect communication and great focus on all the muscles that needed it. I'll be back soon.

Employee working on Monday, October, 27, 2025 was pointing her camera at me. Her manager called and said she felt threatened. However if you review the camera footage. I came in with a very kind manner. This is not okay and she needs to get disciplined
Got first session under my belt and agree it is impossible to stretch as well on my own.
Everyone I've worked with and met in the center is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. As a chronic pain, patient the active assisted stretching has been incredibly helpful for relief.
