This place is great! Highly recommend it. I am excited to keep coming back. I worked with Gunner and he did a great job helping me to address some pain issues and provided a bunch of education and information.
I've had a shoulder issue with a muscle atrophying after reverse shoulder replacement. Gunner has been great in the stretches and is making my shoulder much more comfortable while I work on PT to strengthen it. I recommend the Stretch Lab to others.
Ivana is fantastic. I have had multiple sessions with Ivana and she is professional, knowledgeable, and effective in her techniques. I have seen improvement in my mobility and overall ability to move my body. I highly recommend the Cherry Creek Stretch-Lab. They provide an excellent service that has been effective for me. They also provide a discounted initial session to allow one to see if the treatment provides a benefit for you.
Had a tremendous session at stretch lab! My daughter got me an introductory session so tried it out yesterday, Felt like a different person after it. Ivana took me through the process and got me way more flexible than I probably ever have been! I stretch myself but this is way better. Highly recommend !!
