I'm enjoying Stretch Lab. They have taught me different ways to stretch and it's has helped my acheyness and they are very professional and personable. I would recommend this to anyone who is stiff and achey and having trouble getting areas stretched.
I am very glad I decided to give StretchLab a try, several months ago. A long history of sports related injuries (fractured wrist x2, knee replacements, mutliple ankle fractures, arthritis and rotator cuff issues which led to reduced range of motion in my right shoulder) made daily activities challenging. I could not raise my right shoulder, and I lost much of my flexibilty in my back and legs. Got a chance to get a stretch at Ballys Health Fair today. The young Lady Maleya was so insightful and a joy to work with. She helped me release some tension in my leg and we even giggled on how much I was popping when stretching. Thanks girly -Jeremiah C.
