It seems like my range of motion has improved I’ll know more next time they’re going to retest and compare.
This place is just a place where a person they call a flexologist stretches you while you lie on a table. They have you make an appointment like it’s a doctors office. Anyone can stretch another person is that person has no real muscle tightness issues but if you do I suggest going to PT not here. I found one person there that understood my muscle tightness but between my schedule and the fact that this person booked fast it was very difficult to schedule. I love Stretch Lab! The staff is amazing and really takes your needs in to account when designing your plan. Very friendly! Every time I leave after my appointment I feel so relaxed and good like I could go run a marathon!
