Stretch Lab had been very helpful in loosening my back and hips, allowing me to play golf pain free, even when playing multiple days. I highly recommend it!
If you need a good stretch which everyone does, for the right price and expertise in the practice, full body stretches and more you must stop by or you lose
Tim is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. I came in with chronic sciatic discomfort, and his targeted stretch work has made a noticeable difference. He has improved my range of motion, reduced muscle tension, and helped increase my overall movement and well-being. The lab was awesome. Very knowledgeable staff, Jorge. I enjoyed the stretches and felt great afterwards. Jorge was very courteous as well
