I’d offer 0 stars if I could. I was referred to the Westport location, and with terrible pain, I tried to get in today. As soon as I came to the site, it asked me for an email, as a first timer to get 50% off. Entered the email and proceeded to booking. Booking asked for my cc info and promptly charged me. Next step, it asked for an email and password. Since it was my first time, it asked to create a password. I tried StretchLab for the first time and overall had a fair experience. The introductory session was at a discounted price, and the stretch itself felt nice. The staff were friendly and the "lab" was clean. That said, when the session ended, the technician didn’t really say anything, which felt a little abrupt. At the front counter, they immediately started pushing memberships which I found the pricing to be pretty high for what it is (even their packaged prices).
