I have an update on this. Thank you to manager Courtney for continuing to work on this issue for me. I just received a full refund (March 2025). .... I canceled and they owed me $315.30. Instead of refunding, they charged me again for $315.30. I've been in twice and called multiple times. they keep saying the refund had been given but will take a few days to show up. It never did. my credit card company won't help since it's over 60 days.

UPDATED 2 December 2024 - Stretch Lab still owes me money and the manager isn’t even responding to me. UPDATE 15 January 2025 - I still have not received my refund. Please be aware of the contact you sign with them. I was charged for a month on 14 October 2024 after I had already cancelled my membership, $315.30. This the money the advised they refunded but I still have not received it.

DO NOT go there! They charge you for their services even after discontinuing your membership, and then won’t give back the refund.
