Really enjoyed my experience here. I worked with Trace for three different 50-minute sessions, always working to ensure my goals for sustainable flexibility were being met. He was an exceptional instructor and made the time fly by.
Buyer beware - although they make it really easy for you to sign up online - you have to go in and fill out a carbon copy paper form (didn't know those still existed) with a thirty day notice to quit. Can't call, can't email, can't do it on the same portal you signed-up on. Any company that makes it harder to cancel than sign up tells you A LOT about the focus of the company = money. Not your health, your money, that's all it's about.
I have an update on this. Thank you to manager Courtney for continuing to work on this issue for me. I just received a full refund (March 2025). .... I canceled and they owed me $315.30. Instead of refunding, they charged me again for $315.30. I've been in twice and called multiple times. they keep saying the refund had been given but will take a few days to show up. It never did. my credit card company won't help since it's over 60 days.
