I’m visiting the area from out of state but have been having relentless muscle tightness in my upper back and hip areas that even regular massages don’t resolve. Customer service is everything. I spoke to a customer service representative twice. These are the issues: 1. Did not answer questions regarding membership prices nor options 2. Website does not mention ptices 3. Customer service representative did not disclose any information regarding anything, other than the introductory price 4. Hard to know if this place actually has value or not. They clearly don't know how to do business. They claim to be a quasi-medical facility. I don't know about you, but I don't pay my doctor in advance for an appointment. Nor my dentist. Nor a massage therapist. These people wanted me to not only give them $50 IN ADVANCE, they wanted me to use a clearly insecure payment website to do it! Sydney at Stretch Lab has helped my lower back issues and identifying areas of tightness and flexibility. It’s been an educational experience in regard to learning more about my body. I’ve also enjoyed the good conversations and laughs we have had in each session. Sydney is knowledgeable and personable!
