Highly recommend joining as I have improved flexibility and have incurred fewer injuries from regular stretches. Dyne is the best!
Kim Murray is absolutely fabulous clinician who makes you feel wonderful after her session. She is a such a great teacher that she provides you with guidance to maintain your flexibility between sessions. Her insights into which muscles are tight and the stretches to loosen them is amazing.
