I have been working with Cassie and Carson for a few months and they have had an incredibly positive impact on my flexibility and pain management. I do not have a labrum in my right shoulder and have a very torn labrum in my right hip. Additionally, I have arthritis and an impingement in both hips. I recently visited Stretch Labs and had an amazing experience with Carson. She was incredibly nice and really listened to my needs. I told her about my target areas, and she focused on them perfectly. I felt so much better after my session. If you're looking for a great stretch, definitely go to Carson. The whole place was very welcoming, and even the front desk receptionist, Abi, was wonderful and super kind. Highly recommend!
Alex and Amy have changed my mind!!! Great stretch for someone who is active and does stretch. They are attentive, professional and fun. My apologies I am a bit loud. lol thank you so much guys!
