I’ve been stretching with Matthew since I first started coming to StretchLab. Even though I haven’t been as consistent with my visits as I’d like, my session with him today didn’t reflect that at all. Matthew took the time to understand how my body was feeling, adjusted the stretches accordingly, and made the entire session feel intentional and effective. Matthew and Jessica were both nice. Matthew was knowledgeable and professional in addressing my back issues. I had Angel today (5/6). He was great and I felt better. I had Nick today (5/22).
